The food was nice, but the temperature inside was uncomfortably cold, making it feel like eating in the North Pole. The air conditioning was on even though it was 2 degrees outside.

It was very crowded, and the order took 20 minutes to arrive. The stand-alone display did not print a receipt for my order, causing inconvenience when I called to inquire about a missing patty. I appreciate the manager who took the time to read the receipt with me over the phone and explain the missing item.

I dropped in while passing by. I hadn't been to KFC for a while since our local branch declined in quality. This branch was clean, with well-prepared food and friendly staff. I rate it 9 out of 10, deducting a star due to the increased prices. I miss the old school zinger tower burger.

The drive-thru took a long time, and the burger bun was cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. The chips were overly salted and peppered, making them inedible. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here; go to other competitors nearby.

We experienced poor service: we received the wrong order, and there was no explanation when we inquired about it. We asked for a refund and left the shop. The manager, who was rude and impolite, did not handle the situation well. I won't be ordering from there again.

The customer service was disgusting, with a rude attitude and swearing over the phone. The person claimed to be a manager, which was hard to believe. If colleagues are smirking at customers, it's not surprising that complaints arise.

The food was hot, tasty, and arrived quickly. It's a convenient stop when charging the car. However, the downside was the lack of hot drinks and the non-functioning Crushem machine.

Absolutely shocking every time I have issues with the BBQ chicken wraps. This is the worst KFC in Telford and should be shut down. I am extremely frustrated and not a happy customer at all.
